ডিসিশন সেন্টার আপনার বিক্রি, লাভ, বাকি আদায়, নগদ টাকা, স্টক, কাস্টমার ঝুঁকি, স্টাফ ও মূলধন দেখে ১০০-র মধ্যে একটা স্কোর দেয়, আর বলে দেয় আজ কোন কাজটা আগে করা উচিত — যেমন কোন পণ্যের দাম কম ধরা আছে, কোন কাস্টমারকে ফোন করা দরকার, কোন মাল পড়ে আছে। অনেক পরামর্শ এক চাপে প্রয়োগ করা যায়।
কাস্টমার স্কোর কীভাবে কাজ করে?
প্রত্যেক কাস্টমার কত সময়মতো টাকা দেয়, গড়ে কত দিন দেরি করে, ক্রেডিট লিমিটের কত অংশ ব্যবহার করছে — এসব দেখে কারবারX ১০০-র মধ্যে একটা স্কোর দেয়। ইনভয়েস বানানোর সময়ই স্কোর দেখা যায়, তাই ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ কাস্টমারকে বাকিতে মাল দেওয়ার আগে সাবধান হতে পারেন।
বাংলায় মুখে বলে কি হিসাব জানা যায়?
